1. Orders and Payment
Orders are only confirmed after full payment
is successfully completed. We reserve the right
to cancel any invalid, abnormal or suspicious
orders without prior notice.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All products are custom printed personalized
apparel. All sales are final. We strictly do
not accept returns, exchanges or refunds under
any circumstances, including but not limited
to logistics delays, personal preference mismatch,
slight color/size difference, or buyer’s wrong
purchase. If the parcel is refused by the recipient,
all return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3. Product Information
All product pictures are for reference only.
Slight color deviation and minor size errors
may exist due to different screen displays
and handmade printing process, which are not
grounds for return or refund.
4. Policy & Dispute Final Judgment
We reserve the right to adjust all store
policies without prior notice. All transaction
disputes and interpretation of terms shall be
subject to the final decision of SUNNY.
