Shipping available to United Kingdom, United States,
Canada, Australia,New Zealand,South Korea,Singapore,
Malaysia, Japan, UAE, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR and
Macao SAR only.
1. Production and shipment will be finished within
7 working days after payment. All clothes are custom
printed to order. The actual delivery schedule may
vary due to airline cargo schedules and different
destination countries.
2. Delivery transit time is for reference only,
ranging from 10–21 working days. We shall not be
liable for delays caused by force majeure, local
holidays, customs clearance or regional special
circumstances.
3. Customers must submit accurate full name,
contact number and shipping address. Any failed
delivery or redelivery cost resulting from
incorrect buyer information shall be borne
solely by the customer.
4. Shipping fees are calculated separately at
the checkout page, independent of product prices.
5. Important customs information:
All international shipments are DDU
(Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties,
VAT and customs handling fees are not
included in your order total. These charges
are the recipient’s responsibility and may
be collected by the carrier before parcel
collection. We cannot calculate these fees
in advance as they are determined by your
local customs authority. Please check your
local customs regulations before checkout.
6. If the parcel is refused by the recipient,
all return shipping costs will be borne by
the buyer.
7. All products are custom printed personalized
apparel. We do not accept returns, exchanges or
refunds under any circumstances, regardless of
logistics delay, personal preference or other
reasons.
8. We reserve the right to adjust this shipping
policy without prior notice.
